• Taking calls from our External & Internal customers on the dedicated Customer Care numbers.
• Disciplined in work and showing professional behaviour, working in team and able to handle work pressure.
• Replying to emails related to any type of queries received on the contact centre email id.
• Giving precise and accurate information on the queries related with Specimen, Reports or Queries related to test availability, Digital campaigns, camps, health packages, Discounts & offers, Special Promotional activities and other retail marketing activities.
• Managing leads and its conversion received through various sources like calls/email/website mobile app and social media and business sites.
• Arranging Home collection for patients received on contact center (Call and Email)/ Mobile App, Chabot and co-ordination for the same.
• Proactive communications to all stakeholders and external customers regarding new tests launched, new Testing Technology introduced, Special campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinating with Logistics & Accessioning (SRA) and all other lab departments extensively after Specimens are collected and received in the lab.
