: Provide customer support Ability to understand the issue and resolve the miscellaneous queries Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) Good customer handling skills Should be comfortable working for Rotational shifts & Voice process Eligibility Criteria: Education: Intermediates, Graduates and Postgraduates Work location: HYDERABAD BAHADURPALLY Tech Mahindra Campus Flexibility: 24/7 with 2 rotational Off 2-way cab facility provided Salary range-Freshers - 3.5 LPA to Experienced (Minimum 1Yr) - 4.5LPA
