Customer relationship management
Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. Provide after-sales service to existing customers.
Business growth
Ensure operational adherence to policies and practices. Manage the branch's gold loan portfolio. Prepare reports on branch performance.
Administrative tasks
Verify customer KYC and complete online registration. Maintain important registers at the branch level.
Follow up
Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met. Follow up for interest collection and NPA reduction.
