• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and chat inquiries professionally.
• Provide accurate information about services and company policies.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
• Upsell or cross-sell products/services to meet revenue targets, if applicable.
• Monitor and follow up on customer feedback to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to address customer queries effectively.
• Flexible to work, as per business requirements.
