We are hiring for Customer Service role for MNC\'s Location will be Mumbai, Malad, Chandivali, Saki naka , Powai, Thane, Airoli Openings for shifts such as US, UK and AUS Timings are as follows :- US - 05:30pm to 10:30am any 9 hours. UK - 11:30am to 03:00am any 9 hours. AUS - 03:00pm to 03:00am any 9 hours. Minimum qualification: HSC/Graduated Freshers Experience: HSC Passed + 18 months of BPO Experience Graduated + 12 months of BPO Experience Salary : Freshers - 14k In-hand + incentives Experienced - 25k to 50k In-hand + incentives Relevant experience from these organization is preferred Concentrix, Sitel, Capita, Teleperformance, Sutherland, Accenture, Epicenter and First Source. Handle Customer inquiries and issues via phone. Provide information about products/services and resolve customer complaints Maintain accurate and detailed customer interaction records.
