The ideal candidate will be passionate about healthcare and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers regarding our products Answer customer queries and concerns via phone, email, and chat Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner Provide customers with product information and usage instructions Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in any field 1-2 year of experience in customer service, call center, or a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proficient in using MS Office and customer service software We offer a competitive salary package, and a dynamic work environment that encourages growth and development.
