Role DescriptionThis is the full time onsite role for customer service executive at Webvio Technologies Private Limited located in Kolkata. The customer support executive will be responsible for taking calls, addressing their problem, providing online support ,and giving our customers positive feedback.Qualification & Requirements

  • Minimum 12th pass
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Fluency in English
  • 6 month to 2 years of experience in customer support
  • basic computer knowledge
  • comfortable with night shift
Salary -18k to 22kBenefits
  • salary on the 1st of month
  • 6 days rotational off in a month
  • 15 comp off
  • Birthday off
