CTC: 12k, In-hand: 10.8K(Contractual for a month)CTC: 15k, In-hand: 11.2k(FTE)Process/Project:KeyResponsibilities:We are hiring for an e-Commerce Fraud and Risk Operations project.- Understand buyer fraud patterns and investigate to eliminate confirmed fraud orders.- Reach out to suspicious buyers to validate the order history through email or call.- Incident Handling: Close the incident within the defined SLA.- E-Mail Management: Provide resolution to buyer and seller emails, ensure closure and respondwithin the SLA.Skillsets andexperienceGood spoken & written communication skills in English is mandatoryShould have basic knowledge of the e-Commerce domain & related jargons, such as, fraud,risk, seller, buyer, return, etc.Should have good IQ3 months + experience in any BPO voice processFreshers with good communication skills can also apply for this roleEducation Graduates only (please ignore pursuing/drop out/12thor 10th pass)IMMEDIATE JOINING GOING ON.
