Role And Responsibilities As a Customer Care Executive - Ecommerce, you will be responsible for assisting customers with a wide range of queries, including order status, available products, dispatch details, and payment details. You will handle customer inquiries through calls, chats (social media / whatsapp), and emails, ensuring excellent verbal and written communication. Aiming for high customer satisfaction, you will resolve concerns and complaints efficiently and effectively. Candidate Qualifications A minimum of one year of experience in Customer Support Inbound & Email profile is an added advantage. A graduate with exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, is required. You should be customer-centric, with a strong dedication to providing excellent service. Basic knowledge of computers and prior experience in handling customers is essential. The ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with willingness to go the extra mile is crucial.
