Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken. Provide product/service information and assist customers with their inquiries. Build positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and suggest improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office
