Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding service appointments, and general information about Aeka Clinics service offerings.
• Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently coordinate and schedule service appointments, optimizing Doctor time and Nurse timing for procedures
• Service Recommendations: Provide customers with information about available services, suggest additional services as appropriate, and clearly explain service processes and benefits.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary to ensure resolution.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate customer records, service histories, and appointment details in our customer management system.
• Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications to gauge customer satisfaction, resolve any outstanding issues, and gather feedback on their service experience.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with all departments and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service process.
• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with Aeka clincs services, promotions and provide knowledgeable and relevant information to customers.

Requirements :

• Minimum of one year experience in tele calling or telemarketing.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software or call center tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
