We are looking for Customer Relations Executives who plays a key role in maintaining positive relationships with clients throughout the construction project lifecycle. This role involves liaising between the client and internal teams, addressing concerns, coordinating project updates, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Communication & Relationship Management
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all communications related to project updates, timelines, and changes.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.
• Project Coordination & Updates
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and on-site teams to stay informed about project progress.
• Provide clients with regular updates on project milestones, potential delays, and any adjustments in scope or costs.
• Issue Resolution & Feedback Management
• Handle client complaints or issues professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
• Gather client feedback on project quality and service, identifying areas for improvement and communicating these to relevant teams.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, including project changes, feedback, and resolutions.
• Prepare and present reports on customer satisfaction and project status to senior management.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are accurately represented.
• Support finance and billing teams by facilitating timely payments and resolving any financial discrepancies.
Qualifications:
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years in a client-facing role within the construction or civil engineering industry.
• Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in project management software.
• Knowledge : Understanding of construction processes, terminology, and regulatory requirements is a plus.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Proactive and adaptable, with a customer-first attitude.
Working Conditions:
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
