• Customer Support:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats from customers.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints, concerns, and queries effectively.
• Issue Resolution:
• Troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues or complaints.
• Escalate unresolved matters to senior staff or relevant departments when necessary.
• Order Management:
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
• Track and update customers on the status of their orders.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide effective solutions.
• Documentation:
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Customer Satisfaction:
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
• Actively seek customer feedback to improve services.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
