Job Description

Customer Care Executive is responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for customers. The key responsibilities and qualifications typically include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats from customers.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints, concerns, and queries effectively.
• Issue Resolution:
• Troubleshoot and identify the root cause of issues or complaints.
• Escalate unresolved matters to senior staff or relevant departments when necessary.
• Order Management:
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.
• Track and update customers on the status of their orders.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to provide effective solutions.
• Documentation:
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Customer Satisfaction:
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
• Actively seek customer feedback to improve services.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.
• Empathy: Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
• Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Experience: Prior customer service experience is often preferred but not always required.

Salary 10k -13k

Two year experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month
