Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently via phone, email, or in-person.
• Provide detailed product or service information to customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist in processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns.
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of experience in customer service or a related role.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Good problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
• Basic knowledge of computer applications.
