Job Description

Working Time will be from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

• Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Record customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Work with other teams to ensure customer issues are resolved.
• Should Follow the instructions given by the Manager.

Experience :

Technical Support 1 yr preferred

Total work: 1 year preferred/ Freshers can apply

Customer service proffered

Education : Higher Secondary / Degree/ Diploma

Salary:

10,000 - 12,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?500.00 - ?1,000.00 per day
