Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

Building strong relationships with customers is essential to develop customer loyalty and increase sales. To do this, the CRM Manager has several key responsibilities. Some CRM Manager job duties and responsibilities include;

>Collecting and analyzing customer data

>Using CRM systems to manage relationships

>Developing new ways to meet customers' needs

>Handling customer complaints

>Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives

>Creating and executing retention campaigns

>Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers

>Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience

Qualification - Any Degree

Experience - 1 to 5 years ( Freshers can apply )

Notice period - immediate joiner/15 days

Languages - English , Hindi and regional language's
