Job Description

Position: Customer care executive

Experience required: 6 months -3 years in customer care only or any BPO voice process.

Language required: Bengali + English

Salary: 23,000 k to 26,666 k.

6 • Days working and 1 rotational week off.•

Job location: Work from office ( Electronic city, Bangalore).

Qualification: 12th ,undergraduates, graduate, pg.

For females : Day shift

For males : Night + Day

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

2. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

3.Communicating with customers through various channels.

4.Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

5.Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.

6.Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.

7.keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.

8..Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
