Customer Care Executive

A customer care executive for a restaurant is responsible for addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. They also communicate the company's service expectations and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Some skills and responsibilities of a customer care executive include:

Responding to customer queries : Answering phones and responding to customer queries

Handling customer complaints : Responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

Building relationships : Building strong relationships with customers by understanding them

Communicating : Communicating in English, Kannada and Hindi

Working hours :- 11 AM to 9 PM
