• Customer Care Executive
• Based out of Bangalore Office
• Handle customer queries
• Track and update order shipment status from warehouse to customers
• Redirect relevant queries and information to stores
• Escalate the queries to next level managers to be sorted within stipulated time period
• Gather and share information within the system
• Assist customers in order placement and tracking
• Proficiency in English is a must
• Knowledge on basic systems is required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
