We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as Customer Support Associate for a Voice Process . In this role, you will be responsible for effectively voice interactions with customers, providing exceptional support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelinesYour primary interaction is within your own team and your direct supervisorIn this role you will be given detailed instructions on all tasksThe decisions that you make impact your own work and are closely supervisedYou will be an individual contributor as a part of a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work
Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
Qualifications:
High school or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role is a plus.
Shift: 24•7 rotational, Flexible in night shift.
Skill required: Candidate should have good English & Hindi communication skill (Written & Verbal)
