RAM Antivirus Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, have basic computer knowledge, and be able to handle customer inquiries effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information about RAM Antivirus products, services, and troubleshooting guidance.
• Resolve customer complaints, concerns, or technical issues efficiently and professionally.
• Escalate unresolved queries to the relevant departments or teams when necessary.
• Maintain and update customer interaction records in CRM systems.
• Assist customers with installation, activation, and renewal of antivirus software.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships by providing excellent support.
Required Skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools, email).
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple queries simultaneously.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Freshers or candidates with prior customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of antivirus software or cybersecurity is a plus but not mandatory (training will be provided).
