The ideal candidates should possess exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily. Requirements: Minimum qualification of 12th grade or equivalent. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both verbal and written. Previous experience in customer service or call center operations will be an advantage, but freshers are also welcome to apply. Basic computer proficiency,Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
