We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
• Provide accurate information about products and services to our international clientele, predominantly from Australia.
• Deliver personalized and professional support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality service.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English, with a neutral accent.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Prior experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
