We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated individuals to join our team for the AMEX Insurance Process at Teleperformance BPO. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you! In this role, you will be responsible for selling American Express Insurance products to prospective customers, ensuring a high level of service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services. Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals. Work efficiently within a team to meet organizational objectives. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

A+ grade communication skills (both written and verbal). Graduates/Undergraduates are welcome to apply. Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (Freshers can also apply). Strong sales orientation and customer-focused attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

?700/- deduction for nodal transport if availed. The position is based in Gurgaon and is a work-from-office role.
