Minimum 12th qualified
Good Communication skills. (Fluent English)

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products purchased from Website
• Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and guide them through solutions.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Identify recurring problems and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft
