Job Description

We are looking for a Female candidate who have good exposure in Customer Care profile and must have experience of Real Estate Sector.

•Only female candidates need to apply for this post and should be from real estate industry.

Required Skills:

• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keeping customers updated on the latest projects in order to increase sales.
• Meeting with managers in the organization to plan strategically.
• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in all Microsoft applications specially in MS Excel.
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
• Experience of Real Estate sector, would be an added advantage.
• Should be a Graduate.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.

Job Location: Sec-58, Gurgaon

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?35,000.00 per month
