Key Responsibilities

:

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding services, product offerings, and inquiries. Resolve customer issues, concerns, and complaints effectively, ensuring a positive experience. Manage customer queries via email, chat, and social media platforms, as required. Maintain and update customer records and interactions in the CRM system. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the resolution of customer complaints or requests. Work towards achieving individual and team KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Provide feedback to management to help improve customer experience and service offerings.

Key Skills and Qualifications

:

Fluent in

Kannada

(both written and spoken) is a must. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Educational Qualifications

:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree is a plus.
