Job Description

• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist customers with product information, order placement, tracking, returns, and exchanges.
• Address customer complaints and escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers to build trust and loyalty.
• Update customer records and prepare reports on recurring issues to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams like logistics, operations, and product management to resolve customer concerns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay
• Performance bonus

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
