Job Description

1) Customer coordinator-Any Graduation, BBA/B.com/BCA (Fresher)

2) Basic Computer knowledge,

3) Good Communication Skills,

4) Customer Service Experience

5) Collaboration, Good knowledge of Excel & E-mail

6) Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

7) Assist with Due Reminder processing and tracking.

8) Resolve customer complaints effectively.

9) Maintain accurate customer records in the Data Sheet

10) Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
