Open Position: Customer care advisor

Job Role:

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing all customer interactions across channels. Provide accurate and complete information to customers using the right tools and methods.

? Provide superior Customer Experience on Chat/Email/Call.
? Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
? Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
? Collaborate with team members, and customer service teams to ensure a superior customer experience.
? Follow the company's communication procedures, policies, and guidelines at all times
? Deliver excellent results measured by customer satisfaction, effectiveness, efficiency, and quality.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements:

Excellent communication is required.
Graduation is required
Freshers are also considered

Salary: INR (Per month
19,000 CTC

Working mode: Work from office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?19,000.00 per month
