E-commerce Business of Womens Immitation Jewellery
Task :
• Call and confirm from customer who place Cash On Delivery order.
• Follow-up for delivery of Courrier to customer.
• Attend non delivered orders, followup between courrier and customer.
• Call and convert customer who are trying to order but fail online.
• Answer customer querries on company whatsapp and social media.
• Run whatsapp and email campaigns to increase conversion.
• Provide monthly analysis and reporting of Delivered vs Returns %,
• KPI is to minimise returns and maximise conversion.
Hindi and English speaking is important.
Required problem solving capability and pleasant personality for customer front.
Only candidate with customer care experience can apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ?17,500.00 per month
