Job Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls : Make calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.
- Customer Interaction : Engage with customers to answer questions and provide information about offerings.
- Data Entry : Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
- Follow-up : Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales.
- Target Achievement : Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and sales targets.
- Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback to improve services and products.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for outreach.
Qualifications:
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience : Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Persuasiveness : Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections.
- Computer Skills : Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organizational Skills : Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
