We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Care Executive to join our growing team. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, resolving inquiries and issues promptly and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a passion for customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat channels with excellent communication skill in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
• Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries with patience and empathy, aiming for first-call resolution.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers with their needs.
• Documentation: Accurately document all interactions and transactions with customers using Excel sheets.
• Feedback Management: Gather customer feedback and insights to improve our products and services continuously.
• Escalation Handling: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior personnel for resolution.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
