Administrative Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the school management and staff.
• Manage and maintain student and employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Coordinate school events, meetings, and appointments as needed.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls efficiently.
• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
• Procure and maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Assist in the implementation of school policies and procedures.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Other Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the school management.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational institution.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Familiarity with CBSE guidelines and regulations is a plus.
