  • Gathering customer feedback to improve services and products.
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Sharing insights and feedback to improve customer service practices.
  • Participating in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and customer service techniques.
  • Continuously improving communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Following company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
