Job Description

Efficiently handling inbound and outbound calls and transferring them to the relevant agent

Communicating with them through various omnichannel channels, including email, social media, phone or SMS

Making appointments that fit into the schedule of the client and the customer

Informing the customers about updates, deals, offers, promotions, policies, and keep sales

Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company

Fostering a healthy relationship between the client and the customer

Requirements

Fresher candidates are most welcome for this opportunity

Age Limit upto 28 years

Must speak Hindi,English preferred

Minimum Qualification 12th Pass

Excellent communication skills

Immediate joiners will be preferred

Customer-focused attitude
