Job Description

• Efficiently handling inbound and outbound calls and transferring them to the relevant agent
• Communicating with them through various omnichannel channels, including email, social media, phone or SMS
• Making appointments that fit into the schedule of the client and the customer
• Informing the customers about updates, deals, offers, promotions, policies, and keep sales
• Ensuring the customer has a positive experience with the company
• Fostering a healthy relationship between the client and the customer

Requirements

• Fresher candidates are most welcome for this opportunity
• Age Limit upto 28 years
• Must speak Hindi,English preferred
• Minimum Qualification 12th Pass
• Excellent communication skills
• Immediate joiners will be preferred
• Customer-focused attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?13,030.80 - ?18,864.33 per month
