Our client a leading Jewellery Software Development Company located at CG Road of Ahmedabad requires Customer Care Executive Please find job details: Position: Customer Care Executive Gender: Female Experience: 0-2 years Qualification: Any throughout English medium only Office Timing: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM / 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (6 days working) Salary : 17000 to 22000 Key Responsibities: Communication: - Should generate leads and turning them into potential customers. - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
- Excellent documentation skills
- Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
- Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
- Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently - Outstanding customer service skills with a customer-oriented approach and pleasant personality.
- Exceptional verbal as well as written communication skills.
- Phenomenal conflict-resolution skills. Technical Skills required:
- Knowledge of computers is mandatory.
- Understanding and working knowledge of basic software, Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response. - Excellent typing skills
- Demonstrates an ability to successfully navigate websites
- Demonstrates a proficient knowledge of email applications
- Demonstrates an ability to learn in various media
- Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the work environment - Very clear speech is required in English and Hindi. Benefits: Almost all Indian festival leaves.
