Job Description

A customer care executive's job is to interact with customers and provide support, including answering questions, resolving issues, and communicating service expectations. They may also lead a team of customer service professionals. Here are some of the responsibilities of a customer care executive:

• Customer interaction : Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or social media
• Provide information : Provide accurate and timely information about products and services
• Resolve complaints : Resolve customer complaints within the agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
• Manage accounts : Record and manage customer accounts through CRM systems
• Educate team : Lead a team of customer service professionals and educate them on how to tackle customer queries

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
