Customer Care Executive (female)
Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team in the automobile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing information about our automobile products and services, and generating leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote automobile products and services.
• Provide accurate information about vehicle features, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Schedule appointments for test drives and follow up with leads to ensure conversion.
• Maintain detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly call and lead generation targets.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?7,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
