Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with SAP knowledge being a significant advantage. This role involves preparing various performance reports, coordinating with internal teams, handling customer complaints, and ensuring effective communication between customers, distributors, and sales personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performance Review and Reporting:
• Prepare New Product Performance Reviews.
• Compile the priority Report on a monthly basis.
• Generate Distributor-wise Priority Reports on a quarterly basis.
• Create and manage the Monthly Sales Programme.
• Prepare plant-wise sales details as required.
• Customer Support and Coordination:
• Arrange spare parts for customers from the plant.
• Register and manage customer complaints.
• Follow up with the QC team, coordinators, and customers for QC reports and spare parts.
• Forward complaints from end-users to the appropriate distributors and sales personnel.
• Additional Duties:
• Undertake any other responsibilities as assigned by the Management or Sales and Marketing Director.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Any graduate with relevant experience.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a customer support role.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• SAP knowledge is preferable.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Personal Attributes: Proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work effectively in a team.
