Roles and Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities
Customer Care:
Create and maintain a customer database with contact information, keep updates, and use it for customer communication.
Customer Feedback:
Refer to the list of questions, make relevant changes, and improve questions periodically.
Obtain feedback after product installation or new orders.
Obtain feedback when ticket counts are high for customers.
Use IVRS data and the Service Desk application data while making calls.
Monitor and close completed tickets after receiving feedback from clients.
Follow up to confirm satisfied closure of the call.
Prepare and circulate summary reports each month to management.
Customer Satisfaction:
Select 10% of customers from the database.
Compile and analyze data from customer satisfaction surveys.
Automate the customer satisfaction index.
Customer Satisfaction Tool:
Determine the satisfaction level of each customer and product segment.
Decide and coordinate improvement actions, inform the sales team, and present plans to the HOD of all plants.
Monitor Customer Complaints:
Register customer complaints and initiate corrective actions (CAR).
Obtain actions from all involved departments.
Coordinate and implement action plans, inform the sales team, and present completion plans to the HOD of all plants.
