We are seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our sales team. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing inquiries, and promoting sales of our products/services. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and a desire to drive sales, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service or sales role (preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
