Role Description
The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for managing and developing sales activities for the company's products. The Tele calling executive need to identify business opportunities, maintain customer relationships, and provide customized solutions.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3-4 years in retail customer service
- Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi and Tamil (compulsory)
- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and other software applications
Prefer candidates located at aluva or nearby.
