Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Provide customers with guidance on product usage and best practices.
• Assist in developing FAQs and help documentation to improve customer self-service.
• Monitor email channels for trends and suggest improvements to processes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or a degree is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
