Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Customer Care Executive to support our digital marketing team. This role focuses on ensuring positive customer experiences by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting clients with digital marketing services. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and committed to enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and respond to client inquiries through phone, email, and social media channels in a timely manner.
• Provide information on digital marketing services, packages, and campaigns.
• Resolve customer issues related to digital marketing campaigns, website management, and other online services.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure a smooth flow of information and effective handling of customer concerns.
• Update client information and interaction details in the company's CRM system.
• Collect feedback from customers to improve service quality and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in tracking customer engagement and satisfaction metrics for the digital marketing team.
