Job Summary:
We're looking for a
Female Customer Care Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, a passion for providing exceptional customer service, and a strong ability to enhance customer satisfaction. In this role, you'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally.
Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate teams as needed.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and support.
Record customer interactions and maintain detailed logs of issues and resolutions in the CRM system.
Collect customer feedback and relay insights to improve products and services.
Work closely with other departments (sales, operations, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Make calls to customer who have abandoned the purchase journey and help them conclude the purchase.
Upsell products to existing customers over phone, chat, email, etc.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
