Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support in

English and Hindi

. Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using

Excel and Google Workbooks

. Process orders, returns, and refunds while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly. Prepare and analyze reports related to customer interactions and feedback. Provide product/service information and offer solutions based on customer needs. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times. Adhere to company policies and guidelines while handling customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Fluent in English and Hindi

(both spoken and written). Strong customer service and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel and Google Workbooks

for data management and reporting. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent listening skills with a customer-first approach. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult customers. Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
