We're seeking enthusiastic Customer Care Executives with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Open to freshers and experienced candidates!

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Assist users with our platform and troubleshoot issues. Maintain accurate records and collaborate with teams.

Qualifications:



Fluency in English and Hindi. Freshers welcome; customer service experience is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
