Job Title : Customer Care Executive
Location : Head Office: Rajendra Place, New Delhi
Job Overview :
A Customer Care Executive, will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. He /She will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information on Jakson DG sets/Products, and assisting with customer queries related to the product, technical issues, and service requests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities :
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide after-sales support and follow up on service requests and feedback.
• Provide product information, troubleshooting, and resolve service-related issues efficiently.
• Ensure seamless coordination with internal teams (technical, sales, and service) for effective issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on service requests.
• Deliver excellent customer service with clear and professional communication.
Skills and Qualifications :
• Excellent communication skills in English (fluent, both verbal and written).
• Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally, with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with power generation products, specifically DG sets, is an advantage.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customers and internal teams.
• Ability to handle high volumes of calls while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred.
Preferred Criteria :

• Previous experience working in a call center, especially in a technical support or customer service role.
Educational Qualifications :
• Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.
